The process is easy:

-Discuss your design with Chris, or Clayton or create an account on our Online Design Forum.

-Computer-aided technology produces a 3D image. This image can be changed using various stone colors and shapes. You will see the design form right before your eyes.

-After approval, we produce your piece through milling/growing and casting, set the stones, polish and finish it right here so that your precious stones never leave the store.

In the end you have a one-of-a-kind piece that's yours and yours alone.

With three in-house jewelers, Dempsey's has served upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for over thirty years.

One of the challenges in custom jewelry and repairs is joining or fabricating metals together without affecting heat sensitive areas.

Laser welding allows us to perform the most delicate operations with pin-point accuracy while viewing through a stereo-microscope. The resulting weld is considerably stronger that the traditional solder joint.
